Her strengths lie in the ability to coach and facilitate those leading and inspiring their teams facing complex challenges in times of change through executive coaching, senior team development and facilitation, leadership development and strategic business support. She is highly experienced in working with senior leaders in industry using an emotional intelligence framework; listening, supporting and challenging them to deliver sustained development. Whilst she works at all levels, the majority of her time is spent in supporting Senior Executives, Boards and CEOs.
Karen has held senior positions with high profile multi-national pharmaceutical companies including GSK and Novartis. She has coached leaders & facilitated senior teams for many returning clients across a variety of industries including Selfridges, Richemont, Pfizer, UCB, Specialized Cycles, GSK, GW Pharma, MSD, BAT, Rainbowwave, Place Rouge and Iqvia/Quintiles
A member of the CIPD, the Association for Coaching, the Trusted Coach Directory & the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC UK.) Karen is accredited in MBTI, HBDI, ECI, Resilience to Change, is an NLP Master Practitioner. She is also a qualified Registered Nurse and is the Vice-Chair of Governors for a Buckinghamshire Grammar School.
