Carrie Stockton
Founder
Carrie is an executive coach, leadership facilitator and HR consultant. Her extensive experience spans over 20 years where she has worked closely with a number of leadership teams across a diverse range of industry sectors in Europe, North America and Australasia. Her approach is both creative and pragmatic, with a strong focus on results. She is used to working on challenging projects, not only managing various stakeholders, but also using her mix of intuition, enthusiasm and experience to drive significant change.

She is warm and engaging and her ability to build relationships with her clients and her team is exceptional. She trained as an executive coach at Ashridge Business School, is a Fellow of the CIPD and tutors for them on their open programmes. Karen is a highly experienced and engaging learning and development expert who has worked over the past 20 years with an impressive list of clients and global audiences across a diverse range of sectors. Her areas of specialism include leadership development, executive coaching, impact & influence and performance management. Karen particularly enjoys working with young talent and regularly facilitates employability masterclasses for apprentices, under graduates and post graduates,
An important part of her work involves building strong working relationships with her clients, making them the centre of everything she proposes in order to bring about lasting transformational change. Karen believes if people feel good about themselves, they do their very best work, a theme which she weaves through all of her programmes.

Callum is a highly experienced facilitator, coach and designer of executive behavioural change through experiential and reflective learning. He brings passion, commitment and belief to everything he does.
Over the past 20 years, Callum has established an extensive track record of working with middle, senior and C-suite leaders from large, multinational corporations and also senior management level within various British Government Offices. He brings a dynamic mindset and skillset from his 10-year career in corporate finance with Nat West Group along with his background in performing arts. He is an acknowledged expert in the fields of personal impact, presentation, influencing and negotiation skills.
Callum has worked on numerous cognitive and behavioural transformation projects for senior leaders, using an action-learning cyclical approach of planning, experiencing, reflecting and transforming. By facilitating the development of attitudes, behaviours and communication, he helps evolve cultural, strategic and operational thinking, feeling and action.

Deni is a highly experienced and engaging facilitator who has worked across a broad spectrum of human communication and behavioural areas, including team building, professional boundaries, change management, leadership, assertiveness and presentation skills. AbigailAbigail Hayes

Abigail is a highly experienced facilitator, role player and writer. After studying Drama and Film at university she began working as an actor in both theatre and television before moving into the field of behavioural change, where for the past seventeen years she has successfully helped others to achieve their personal goals. Alongside her corporate projects Abigail still regularly works as a voice over artist, specialising in documentary narration.
Her particular area of expertise lies in helping participants to immerse themselves in the learning process by practising their skills in the moment. A continual focus for Abigail is client liaison, extensive research and the creation of scripts and scenarios which are company and work specific. She is particularly skilled in working in such areas as customer service, performance management, leadership and management, challenging conversations and personal impact whether on an individual or group basis.

WendyWendy Cook
Senior HR Consultant
Wendy is a highly skilled and commercial HR consultant with extensive experience partnering with senior leadership teams at operational and strategic level in multi-site FMCG, global and on-line start-up businesses. A highly respected HRD in Tesco PLC, she managed multiple HR teams to design and implement people strategies to deliver business results.
Wendy led the Group Resourcing strategy partnering with the Executive Board where she owned the Capability Resource Pool to deliver key business projects. Significantly, Wendy also established the infrastructure, Values, OD and people policies to enable the leadership team to build the UK’s leading grocery home shopping site. Integral to this she was responsible for scaling this start up business, resourcing and developing a new operational team from 20 to 160 people.

‘Philippa is a senior HR consultant with years of experience specialising in supporting companies with their HR requirements including reviewing and writing HR documentation such as policies and procedures; running independent investigations for grievance, discipline, capability, mediation, and dealing with long-term sick issues. Samantha is a professional actor, writer, highly experienced facilitator and executive coach with over 10 years’ experience in delivering courses which specialise in behavioural change. GuyGuy Fearon

Guy’s first career was in software engineering; he holds an MSc in computing and worked in IT in Australia before taking the leap to train as an actor. His professional debut was on the iconic Australian soap Neighbours. After returning to the UK, he spent over a decade working in theatre, television and radio.
Since 2004, Guy has been working in the organisational L&D setting as a coach and trainer in interpersonal communication. He supports and develops business people all over the world using his unique blend of expertise and skills in coaching psychology and performing arts. He has delivered courses, master-classes and corporate events with audiences ranging from graduate management trainees to CEOs, across a broad range of sectors including financial services, advisory, education and government. Kate has worked for leading businesses both internationally and in the UK; she is also experienced in working with financial organisations and government. She enjoys working one to one, in forum theatre and in facilitated groups.
Kate also works as a presenter of award and trade shows, conferences and corporate launches and has appeared in many corporate videos and training films.
JonathanJonathan Phillips

Jonathan has worked extensively over the last eighteen years as an actor and facilitator in theatre, television and the corporate arena.
His corporate experience ranges from bespoke role-plays with senior executives at major financial institutions to forum theatres with engineers at power stations. His expertise lies in giving people the opportunity to practice their skills in a safe, yet challenging environments, creating stimulating, memorable learning experiences.

JessicaJessica Claire

Jessica trained at RADA. In the 14 years since graduating she has worked in theatre and television as an actor and documentary and radio voice over artist. She has gained a broad experience working on a variety of digital recording media products including providing voices for computer games, animations and corporate videos.
In addition she has worked extensively as a vocal coach and language teacher and trained business executives from all over the world on how to manage their voice in the workplace in order to achieve identified work goals. She focusses on projection, vocal placement, control and the interpretation of differing phraseology. Her expertise lies in placing emphasis on how language and voice can define a person, which in business can be critical in contractual negotiations; the art of public speaking; the impact of first impressions; the importance of body language and interview technique.
Training numerous clients from overseas she specialises in how to bridge cultural differences and problems of miscommunication.
She employs an energetic but relaxed and warm approach, her ethos being that mindful coaching can lead to life changing results, realised both for the individual and those they interact with.

Debbie is an actor with over 30 years’ experience in theatre and television. For the last 10 years, she has worked extensively in the corporate training arena as an actor/facilitator.
Debbie has used her skills as an actress and her behavioural expertise, coupled with her business acumen on a wide range of projects, from workshops to conference arenas. She enjoys both scripted and improvisational situations and giving detailed, constructive feedback to bring about positive behavioural change.
She has worked with a variety of clients from public sector to blue chip companies, including John Laing, Opus2 International and Miller Insurance and always embraces the challenges that each new project brings.

Alison is a highly experienced facilitator and executive coach as well as designer of executive communications courses, specialising in experiential learning.

Social Media Guru
Laura began her career by working for a content marketing agency with notable global clients. Here she regularly produced short-form social media content, as well as regularly creating and commissioning graphics and blogs. Laura also ran and led paid social media campaigns for events in London, Dubai and Brussels.
Laura can instinctively pick up on a client’s tone of voice and create written and visual content that perfectly aligns with their messaging and intentions. She always keeps the audience in mind and tailors the content to their best interest
Alongside her work at Change Gear, Laura works for Wycombe Mind as an Administrator and has begun training to become a counsellor. She has always been passionate about the importance of mental health awareness and is grateful that she is able to put her skills to use to help others.

ChulaChula Rupasinha
Facilitator
Chula is an experienced facilitator who specialises in conflict management, negotiation and influencing skills. He focuses on high-impact immersive training and is experienced in designing and delivering courses to culturally diverse groups. In addition, he also works as a commercial and community mediator. He previously served for 32 years as a police officer, retiring as a Superintendent and continues to deliver hostage negotiation training for UK forces, and on behalf of the FCO, to overseas police forces.
As befits a mediator, Chula’s style is to encourage the people he is working with to find their own solution; eliciting information and promoting self-discovery are his prime focus during a learning event. That said, as an ex Superintendent, he is also quite willing to express unambiguous opinions where appropriate.
Chula has worked extensively internationally developing teams and individuals in Brunei, USA, Jamaica, Singapore, China, Bangladesh, South Africa, Moldova, Vietnam and throughout Europe.
