‘Philippa is a senior HR consultant with years of experience specialising in supporting companies with their HR requirements including reviewing and writing HR documentation such as policies and procedures; running independent investigations for grievance, discipline, capability, mediation, and dealing with long-term sick issues. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and analytical approach ensure that she fully understands and challenges the client objectives to enable buy-in from any key stakeholders and ensures fair and lawful practice to allow the organisation to achieve its aims

She also develops and delivers learning and development programmes such as team building; recruitment, selection and retention; performance management, and handling HR issues in the workplace.

Philippa is a Fellow of the CIPD and a published author. She has written for the CIPD, WoltersKluwer, and Management Pocketbooks. She sat as a Trustee for the NSPCC for 9 years and remain a Pension Trustee’.
