Natalie Hughes

Facilitator and Coach

Natalie is a highly skilled facilitator and coach and has extensive experience in the field of experiential learning. Her areas of speciality include delivering team building and icebreaker sessions which help to encourage imagination and creativity, focusing on creating a more collaborative environment, strengthening professional relationships and improving productivity.

With a warm, engaging style Natalie has helped clients in developing their confidence, communication skills, vocal awareness, public speaking, personal impact and gravitas. As an experienced coach, she works with leaders to explore key relationships within the workplace supporting them in building high performing teams.

Natalie has worked across a wide range of sectors including Communications, Media, IT, Healthcare, Consultancy, Education and Local Government.

Natalie has a BA (Hons) in Theatre (Acting) from Rose Bruford College of Speech and Drama and is also trained in the Meisner Technique. After graduation she spent time living and working in South Africa, where she worked as a facilitator on several corporate and educational projects across the country. She is also an experienced voiceover artist.
