Senior HR Consultant
Karen is a highly skilled and experienced HR consultant who successfully mixes commercial insight with HR professionalism to drive and deliver strategic business plans. She has supported senior business leaders and managers over the past 20 years in areas such as, talent planning, engagement, training & development, recruitment, remuneration and organisational restructuring.
Key strengths include Karen’s ability to quickly build strong working relationships with clients and key stakeholders. As a result of her strong listening and organisational skills, Karen is able to deliver a range of interventions to fit current business needs. These include team development, organisational change, recruitment/assessment centres, career coaching, succession planning, engagement and operational support.
Karen’s operational HR experience has been gained across a number of sectors including Transport, Leisure, FMCG and the Media, working closely with clients across the Sales, Finance, Marketing and Legal functions.
A member of the CIPD, Karen is also trained and qualified in MBTI and holds Level A & B Saville & Holdsworth Psychometric testing certificates
