Gemma is a highly experienced Facilitator and Coach with an impressive track record of enabling people to achieve significant and sustained developmental transformation. Her areas of specialism include; behavioural change, team management, communication, early careers development, leadership development and coaching.
With a creative focus always at the centre of her work, Gemma’s warm and empathetic style enables others to build their confidence and feel safe to try out new ways of behaving, managing and leading. She brings her own personal management experience, enthusiasm, knowledge and humour to every learning event and is renowned for “making a difference,” helping participants to navigate their development pathway by inspiring and supporting them to face complex challenges.
Gemma has extensive experience of working with a range of organisations in many different sectors such as education, catering, NHS, charities and global infrastructure development. Recent clients include Rock Rail Holdings, East London Business Alliance, Action for Carers and training 6th formers in self-awareness and personal impact at both City of London Freemen’s School and Reed’s School.
She holds a Certificate in Management Studies from Kingston University and has previously trained and worked as an “Investors in People” Assessor. More recently Gemma has completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Business and Personal Coaching.
