Facilitator and Coach

Deni is a highly experienced and engaging facilitator who has worked across a broad spectrum of human communication and behavioural areas, including team building, professional boundaries, change management, leadership, assertiveness and presentation skills. Diversity & Inclusion are woven into all the work that she does. Deni’s strengths are in working with organisations to create real change by enabling them to have conversations about diversity, inclusion and unconscious bias.  By creating a safe and supportive environment, groups are able to have those sometimes uncomfortable conversations that lead to personal and organisational actions and change.

As well as a degree in Drama and Sociology, Deni also holds qualifications in Counselling Skills & Counselling Theory and Coaching for Performance
