Clare is a highly experienced Executive Coach with a 20 year track record of enabling those she coaches to achieve significant, sustained developmental transformation in their performance. Although Clare works at all levels within a business, her expertise as a coach means that she is well suited to working with CEOs, Boards and Senior Executives. She has extensive experience with companies in many different industries and in both the Public and Private sectors and works across the UK, Europe, the USA and Scandinavia.
Clare has a well-earned reputation for her ability to coach and facilitate those facing difficult and complex challenges and for helping managers inspire and lead their teams during periods of major change and challenge. She supports them to develop the high performing behaviours consistently demonstrated by effective leaders, many of whom have teams spread around the globe.
Clare has held senior positions with a number of high profile, blue-chip organisations including KPMG as an Executive Management Consultant, Korn Ferry International, The Boots Company and Penna Consulting. She has also held Non-Executive Board Directorship roles.
Clare is a fully Accredited Coach Supervisor with a diploma gained with The Coaching Supervision Academy, London. She now acts as a Supervisor and Tutor to students undertaking the Diploma programme. She is a Master Coach Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (ABNLP) 2001 and holds Levels ‘A & B’ Intermediate Plus in Psychometric assessment (Myers Briggs Type Inventory – Steps 1 & 2; 16PF, OPQ 32, Hogan Inventory, DISC).
