Claire Lichie


Claire has worked extensively in experiential communications and behavioural skills training for the past 16 years. She has facilitated courses from graduate to senior leadership, working with individuals to enable practical exploration of their specific challenges. She creates a warm, supportive, relaxed environment to heighten self awareness, enhance existing skills and encourages participants to remain authentic.

She is very experienced in Forum Theatre, Role-Play, Bespoke Skills Practice, Scripted Scenarios, Feedback and Coaching. She has worked in the public and private sector on a wide range of programmes including: Leadership Skills, Diversity and Inclusion, Performance Management, Managing Conflict, Customer Service, Recruitment and Selection, Personal Impact, Presentation Skills, Negotiating and Influencing.

Claire has worked internationally for many clients. Her diverse range of clients have included: Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, KPMG, Deloitte, Pfizer, Arup, FMP Global, IPCC, Southern Housing Group, Vodafone, Birmingham City Council, and the United Nations.

Outside of her corporate work , Claire is a volunteer member of Scene and Heard – a unique mentoring project that partners the inner-city children of Somers Town, London with theatre professionals.
