Alison is a highly experienced facilitator and executive coach as well as designer of executive communications courses, specialising in experiential learning.

 She is an established communications expert in the field of vocal and physical presence, personal impact, storytelling, presentation, difficult conversations, negotiating and influencing; applying experiential and blended learning techniques to subjects such as customer service, performance management, leadership development and change programmes.

Alison’s style is warm and engaging. She enjoys challenging deeper insights from her clients and encouraging robust conversations whether on an individual level or in larger groups. Powerfully perceptive in her feedback, clients quickly see measurable improvements in the confidence and the quality of their business relationships, career development and wellbeing.

 She strongly believes that through the careful facilitation of an interactive and reflective learning process, clients discover greater options and resources which aid the quality of their decision making and business actions.

Alison has worked internationally in the public and private sector with C suite, middle and senior management in sectors such as, retail and entertainment, media, information technology, professional services, healthcare, aviation, automotive and manufacturing, amongst many others. She was awarded an advanced diploma in Executive Coaching in 2012 with the internationally recognised Academy of Executive Coaching.
