Lizzie has worked extensively in experiential learning and behavioural skills development for the past 8 years. Her areas of expertise include: Difficult Conversations, Diversity and Inclusion, Influential Leadership, Communication Skills and Unconscious Bias. As well as being a highly skilled facilitator, she also excels as a role-play actor delivering scripted and non-scripted tailored briefs as well as Forum Theatre.
She is an authentic, energetic and warm facilitator. Lizzie delivers 1-2-1 bespoke sessions and works with smaller cohorts as well as large group workshops. Her aim is to encourage curiosity; allowing people to take the time to observe their thoughts and behaviours, encouraging them to try new techniques in a safe space. This healthy self-reflection inspires people to create change both individually and organisationally.
Lizzie has worked for a diverse range of clients across the UK and Internationally. These industries include: Finance, Health, Military, Tech, Government, Medical, Social Services, Publishing, Retail and Education.
Outside of her corporate work, Lizzie is a mentor for the charity Arts Emergency – a unique organisation which offers young people from diverse backgrounds, who are passionate about the arts and humanities, a year of free mentoring. Mentors help Young Talent set goals, explore their interests and make decisions about higher education, training and careers.
